I've spent over a decade building and running operations across growing companies, staffing firms, and ecommerce environments -- managing teams, vendors, contractors, and the systems that keep everything moving when leadership doesn't have time to.Most recently I've been running operations for a 300+ contractor staffing division and managing delivery for a major ecommerce retailer's digital team. Before that I ran multi-site programs, built vendor relationships from scratch, and turned operational chaos into something that actually worked.I work with founders and small teams who need someone to own the operational work -- not consult on it from a distance, but actually do it.
